Rome

So, Rome actually ended up being great. I don't know what I would have done without taking the guided tours offered through the hostel I stayed at. The tours of both the Vatican and a walking tour of Ancient Europe really sped up the process of seeing the important parts as well as allowed for all of the history to really make sense and put into context exactly what I was seeing.

I especially enjoyed seeing the Sistine Chapel. It is just so much more amazing than you expect it to be. I know, you all hear that a lot but it really is stunning especially as you look at Michelangelo's progress.
